Fortunately for him, Amilia didn't press any more questions. Leifiel wasn't very comfortable having people other than his parents know about his natural seer capabilities and he's not about to start telling. It is, however, seemingly becoming a little unstable today. Or he's just tired.
Leifiel stared at the snow globe again, idly shaking it making a perpetual blizzard within the dome. He really should start over again. That is, until Amilia told him her findings.
Ah, no wonder he couldn't recognize the chatter; he hadn't taken up any summoning classes yet, and most certainly not Demonology. "There is no way I would be able to tell, that I will admit." Leifiel said, his eyes looking up at the school building, around the areas where the classrooms were. "So I will take your word for it."
"I suppose we should split up to save time...and then..." he trailed as he got to a little hurdle to his plan. Where should they meet up after finding the rabbit? He wasn't completely sure about where their goal is. This is embarrassing!

<If all clues are as obscure as this, it makes sense as to why the success rate in this exercise is so low. It was sheer luck that we acquired the item related to the demonology room.> She'd remark.
Upon Lief's suggestion to split up, she shook her head. <We shouldn't split up. In a school this size it would take us longer to split and meet back up than it would take to search the two rooms together. I suspect it is within the summoning chamber, because the chanting sounded less like vocal practice and more like an actual summoning.>

He hadn't thought of that. After all, the interiors of both classrooms would be new to him.
Leifiel frowned as Amilia objected to his idea; this exercise isn't looking very good for him. Compared to how stiff he was earlier that day, he still seemed to be a little out of it after what had happened during their last scry. He heaved a weary sigh; he's going to have to be the follower this time.
"Very well." he said, taking off his glasses to clean it. "Lead the way." he continued as he put them back on.

Amilia would nod once and turn to lead Liefel to the demonology section of the school. It was a bit of a walk but if they hurried, they'd get there in about five minutes.
This part of the school was interesting. The walls of the building were covered in arcane marks, and instead of being set in the walls, each classroom was a free standing room, sharing no walls with one another, and each room was surrounded by a pentacle.
There were a few rooms to choose from, and she'd ponder for a moment before stepping into the larger one.

As they headed for the Demonology classroom(s), Leifiel's mind wasn't fully on their project (for once). What could a dark hole and bats mean? He was sure he heard the distinct shrieking of several bats, and it was very unnerving. Hopefully, the classrooms would be empty; he wouldn't want to make a fool out of himself.
The Demonology classrooms were indeed a new sight for Leifiel and they also brought some new sensations to him. Tingling, shivering; it's like the area was covered in mystical energies he had yet to study in full.
Hearing footsteps snapped Leifiel out of his awe-filled thoughts as he noticed Amilia heading for one of the classrooms. He immediately followed suit.

((OOC: I call BS on this one. I had a reply written and everything and I'm POSITIVE I hit the submit button two weeks ago! WTF SITE?))
Thankfully for Lief, the demonology section was empty for the moment, as classes were mostly held in the morning and evenings, so the normal bustle of midday classes did not disturb the delicate work that they were learning to do.
Amilia seemed completely at home here as she strode into one of the rooms. Inside would be an impressive site, with slightly glowing arcane pentacles on the ground in varying spots. One would dominate the room on a slightly raised platform, and before it would be three smaller circles. Amilia would snap to bring Lief's attention to her before she signed, sure he would be curious.
<The large circle on the platform is where the demon is summoned. The runes in the pentacle are chains to keep the demon in place and to bind it to our will. The smaller circles outside of it are protective, and work in junction with the summoning circle. If either of them are damaged, the charm would break, leaving the summoner at the whim of the demon they called. It is a very dangerous art, careless summoners often never live long because of this. It's also why most, if not all students who take this class also take art classes. Perfection is mandatory.>
Done with her explanation, she'd move over to one of the storage closets and start rummaging around inside of it. Candles, chalk, ungraded sketches of pentacles. No stuffed toy yet.

Force of habit kicked in after Leifiel saw the entire classroom. Despite what his mother had warned him about, he just couldn't resist looking over a particular set of symbols carved on the floor, his finger tracing the shapes in the air. Curious, oh how very curious indeed!
The snapping sound, however, just had to interrupt.
With a slightly annoyed huff, that of one whose fun was cut short, Leifiel paused from his study to look at Amilia. "What?" he asked before he saw her rather short description of the room. That was enough not to make him more irritated.
"...I see." So that's how it works? Spirits from the other side, bound by a set of symbols? To anyone born without magic, that would sound impossible! Leifiel gave the circles on the platform a good long look, studying them...Although it was hard to concentrate with the sounds Amilia was making with her search.
Leifiel rolled his eyes as he remembered why he was even in a classroom he's not supposed to be in yet. Priorities, what are they? he pondered as he went to approach Amilia. "Anywhere I should be searching also?" he asked loud enough for her to hear.

Amilia would wait a moment before snapping to take in Lief's reaction to the rooms. They were pretty awesome, after all. Still, they were on a timer so she'd take him on a tour later. She'd explain the room though, for his sake, since she figured he was dying to know.
She'd start her search, going through the cabinets carefully, pausing to look at Lief when he, surprisingly, asked for her input.
<Can you check around the instructor's desk and drawers?> She'd ask. <Be careful of any security hexes but if the toy is in there, it should be easy to bypass.>

Desk and drawers? Leifiel turned to look at the aforementioned areas, wondering if they were even locked to keep nosy students from prying. Or like Amilia said, hexed.
Leifiel carefully studied the desk, holding his hand out towards it (but still maintaining a safe distance in the event that it was hexed) and proceeded to scan it for traps.
True enough, there were security hexes placed on the desk. Leifiel scrutinized the hexes trying to identify what they are so he could dispel them. With a clear plan on his head and his wand on hand, the little redhead started work undoing the hexes...
