Capsule Communications is a sub-company of Swire Inc who focuses on anti-aircraft weaponry against any aerial strikes. They are located very close to the naval base and point their eyes to the sky. Part of the company also works to study astronomy, mostly as a research funded team.

Docks
A large part of Swire Incorporated has a naval fleet and men that stations along the docks. Lining the place are pubs, dance halls, and small shopping districts to those who are rich enough to afford a cruise line to the place. Outside of the navymen, the place is generally mild mannered in the daytime, with the true rowdy colors showing at night.
