This is the Bios thread for the Clockwork Roleplay Board. All characters must have a bio to outline vital character data. This not only helps one to flesh out his or her character, but it also prevents one from saying "Well, my character can do this" just to get out of a situation. Abilities:- Master of Magic: Due to his Ether elemental magic, He's become very skilled at magic, and is looked at as such despite his small and weak looking stature. He does however, look at him self as able to do better, and thus seeks more knowledge of it. His Elemental, and Division magic is what he uses the most, outside of being able to float.
- Dragon's Spirit Spell: A VERY large attack that requires set up, this attack requires him to remain in the center of a large set up of 8 rings with dratonic language written in each rings columns. Once the writing is set the 8 rings, the magic energy sat down to create the rings, cocoons him and sends him up into the air in that cocoon, where from there A large magic energy created dragon body forms that he controls that can mimic a Ether dragons weapon breath.
Of course once the spell ends he is left completely defenseless and drained of most if not all energy. He cannot get up afterwards. It also requires the breaking of both his seals, He also only uses this spell in emergency's.
- Potion Making: Another thing he's master, also seems to have effected his cooking.
Weaknesses: - Pelvis Injury: He is never seen walking, and always hovering, this is due to a very sensitive injury to his pelvis he sustained in the past. Touching it is enough to make him start screaming in pain.
- Strength/Health: Despite being greatly skilled in magic, Devi lacks physical strength...He also does not appear to be very healthy to those that notice.
- Double Seal's: Devi actually limits his power due to fear of losing control of himself, if he wishes to do anything large with magic he will ether have to break, or remove the seals, both of which require a few minutes.
Appearance: Coming soon! Personality: Devi is mostly a solitary person, normally seen as always stoic, humble, disgruntled, tried, or some for of discomfort. He is also heard of as strict when it comes to who he'll teach magic, and the out right refusal to sell love potions due to their more sinister uses. But he is however, loyal and kind, as he wont turn away someone if he can see that they truly need help, making him typically known for taken in orphans or 'strays'. He is also known as being intelligent when someone angers him or gets him to open up to them. Responsibility is also something strong within Devi's personality, say If a student of his is taken, or injured, he feels it is his responsibility to get them back, or tend to that injury, as he sees it as his fault. [If the student damages things like buildings however, kids on their own, and is made to help fix said mess.] He also has a lingering thirst for learning, mostly when it comes to new potion spells and magic. History: His history is mostly kept to him self, and does not reveal it other wise, all he does reveal is when he came to the kingdom of Truesdale, and set up his magic shop that is a muddle of both supply's, potions, scrolls, books, division supplies, Wands he's made, and etc. Though it does appear he has some history with another kingdom, that follows him through rumors, as he is somewhat well known for how powerful of a wizard he is, as well as for that spell that has given him the name "The Dragon Mage." It also appears he did have a male lover at one point, that is no longer with the living, Other Info:- Sometimes a black husky puppy can be seen running around his shop.
- His wand is made of Dragon's bone, with a phoenix feather core, no gem. It's length is 13¼" inches as a whole, hand crafted by himself, and had he not chosen dragon's bone, he'd have cherry wood as his wand wood.

- Experienced Engineer and Inventor (can build/repair anything from weapons to Clockworks) - Hand-to-hand combat specialist (although he prefers recurring to his feet rather than his fists) - Social skills (Has his own charm that captivates people, which is helpful to get information or just befriend anyone) - Talented Warrior (uses Clockwork enhancements on his arms and prosthetic on his feet) - Machine Gun: Capable of a rapid stream of bullets that fire at a rate of 4 per second. Light damage (Pierces flesh and bones), overheats after 20 seconds of constant fire (which may cause heavy skin burns and/or bleeding), capacity to 100 bullets per clip.
- Drill Arm: Heavy duty drill mounted on the arm capable of drilling trough iron and pierce armor in a matter of seconds (depending on the quality and width of the surface might take until 20 seconds on normal iron), cannot destroy reinforced walls, constant use against a tougher surface (I.E. Walls mentioned earlier) may numb the felling of the arm for some time.
- Iron Blade: Removable sword from his right prosthetic leg.
- Rollerblade skates: Steam-powered skates that can be attached to the prosthetic legs, at full speed to a complete stop takes 4 seconds.
All weapons and equipment are easy to carry in a backpack. Weaknesses:
-May get into a blind rage whenever he sees Clockworks being treated as mere tools or in inhuman situations, which causes him to lose control and proper reasoning. -After the accident that cost his legs he started taking medication for pain daily. Withdrawal goes from nausea, vomit, loss of balance and sudden mood swings. He keeps a stash, but the pills are hard to get. -Prosthetic legs are easy to rust inside water and sometimes irreparable. -He is weak in a fist fight as he prefers kicks, rather than punches. -Has a phobia of the dark which does not allow him to step in an area surrounded by darkness. In the case of a blackout he stays still on one spot until light comes back. Appearance: (To be filled later. But if you think of an adult Megaman Volnutt then you are very close to what this guy looks like) Personality: Trigg is a very talented man, however that does not make him a total geek. He is kind and gentle, and somehow he is especially gentle with Clockworks for some reason. His sense of justice gets an higher priority above everything else since he is unable to see things that are just wrong happening next to him without doing anything which developed a terrible habit of putting his life in jeopardy for the sake of the others. This also adds to him to only being able to set his mind on one thing at a time. He is very out-going, however he fails to get the proper words in front of a girl he likes. He also has a terrible fear of the dark to the point he can't sleep without a small source of light. History: The Vornados were a family of mass-produced Clockwork manufacturers, however they never cared about them once they were at the finishing line. Trigg was different. At a very young age he wondered about how their life could be after they exit the factory. After his father was killed by an aberrant Clockwork when he was just 6, that same Clockwork caused a massive explosion in the factory, destroying it completely and trapping Trigg in an underground well that was built for metal waste disposal, losing his legs during the fall. Without hope, he was ready to accept death and reunite with his father when a Clockwork that was treated as trash and disposed of, was also on that well and told Trigg to not give up on the life he has because it is a real life and not a fake, like his. Then the Clockwork proceeded into dismantling himself and built rudimentary legs that he attached to Trigg so he could climb. However he was very scared because it was dark and nobody was there to rescue him. So the Clockwork used the rest of his power into a lamp to light Trigg's path so he would not be scared. Ever since then, Trigg has dedicated his life to protect the interests of Clockworks and hopes that one day, they might get a fair treatment as members of society. Even though he knows that day is far ahead, he still believes in that. To that goal he started to learn ways to defend and arm himself. Relying on his wits, he learned how to build Clockworks and weapons. Years later, a man, Barell Quasquedo, met Trigg and was touched by his goals. So, he taught him all he knows and even started teaching a fighting style that emphasizes the use of the legs, so that Trigg could become more used to walking on prosthetic limbs and even have the balance to fight with them. Trigg became a wanderer. He built an airship which he named "The Cog Flutter", and now travels the world in search of people that may want his services at repairing or building weapons and Clockworks alike. --- Trivia:
-Yes he is a redesigned Trigger for this roleplay. I felt the urge to join the CW but I was lacking any character that fitted in a steampunk environment. In the end I decided to take up Rock Volnutt from The Megaman Legends series, since those games were already steampunk enough. -Barrel Quasquedo is also an expy of Prof.Barrel, of course. As it is the "Cog Flutter" of the Flutter ship that the Casketts use in the game. -He carries a gun as a memento from his father. Quite obviously, it is called the "Mega Buster", although it serves no purpose here. -Another inspiration of Roru, other than Roll, is a manga character from CLAMP's "Angelic Layer", a battle doll which moves with the power of the mind called Hikaru. Her designs are also similar except for the hair color.

(152 cm/38.6 kg) Race: Halfling (Human/Faerie) - Leifiel's trying to keep that a secret, so don't be surprised if he says 'Human' .Allegiance: Kingdom of Seria Location: Kingdom of Seria Good Point: fast learner, very responsible, observant, meticulous to detail Bad Point: not a people-person, does things his own way, VERY meticulous to detail, he can and will find a way to nag at you Likes: potatoes and similar root crops (but he prefers potatoes), books and libraries Dislikes: metals, people he considers 'unfit' for anything, raw meat (especially when still bloodied) Abilities: - Born Seer - Leifiel can see visions of the future, oftentimes events that may (and sometimes will) happen to some people he knows. While he could predict events at will, unfortunately, the most accurate (and clear) visions occur without his consent and knowledge. His eyes glow gold during this.
- Magic User - while his affinity is that of Fire, Leifiel is aiming to learn and master other Elements for use in Geomancy. Thanks to his Faerie lineage, he learns spells at a faster rate. His specialty is fireballs, either as portable lamps or explosive firebombs.
- Green Thumb - gardening and farming, although it’s unclear if Leifiel is using magic to grow crops, or so the rumors go. The taste does silence most skeptics.
- Mechanical Know-How - can maintain small-scale clockworks, which is useful as he owns a small pink ball-like mini clockwork named ‘Halo’.
- Winged Flight - Leifiel magically
(because the RPer is modest) grows a pair of fairy wings out of his back. Condensed magical energies compose these wings. His actual wings, however, remain hidden under his clothing. He uses the magic wings more often, even with the cost of magical energy for maintaining it, because being a Half-Faerie is that much of an issue for him.
Weaknesses: - seeing a major vision forcibly puts him into a trance-like state anytime, anywhere; it renders him helpless. To others witnessing it, it appears as if he’d spaced out, gone weak at the knees or simply fainted.
- because of his half-Faerie ancestry, Leifiel shares their weaknesses to Iron and Silver to some degree. His Human side offsets some of that, making him tolerant to these at most. Hence the gloves and layers of clothing that cover his body.
- also thanks to the Faeries, he retains his youth for longer. He looks younger than he is (preteen as opposed to a 20 year-old man) and it’s annoying him. His small, lithe frame isn’t helping him any either.
- to supplement the previous entry; he’s no strongman. Just a nimble boy. With magic.
- he is disliked by most people for his cold and condescending demeanor.
- due to his self-imposed limitation, his actual wings turn out to be more of a liability than an asset. He thinks that if his wings were discovered, it might cause a stir...and the resulting decline of his status.

Personality: - Leifiel is very strict, narrow-minded and has a self-righteous attitude that makes him treat others like dirt (unless they have merit, then he’s ambivalent to them). He is a go-getter, able to focus towards a goal until it’s complete and will not hesitate to compete with others. He prefers working alone, however, and will cut off from the group anyone who drags him down.
- Meanwhile, when at home with his parents, Leifiel displays a much more pleasant attitude and easily gets flustered when they tell others how sweet he is. He then vehemently denies it until he walks out of the room.
- Leifiel has a strong fondness for potatoes, especially when mashed, piping hot, with ground walnuts and cream.
History: The Hilde family lives in a small farm in the outskirts of Seria, that being decided as Leifiel’s father (Fo’lleafe) is a Faerie and couldn’t stand to live inside the city where metals are abundant. However, his Human mother (Tellycra Hilde) works as an arcane professor in the city and couldn’t leave her work. The resulting compromise resulted in the farm where the plants provided protection for Fo’lleafe. Other than that, Leifiel had a normal childhood, thanks to keeping his Faerie half a secret. When Leifiel was old enough, Tellycra sent him to school to follow in her footsteps. Due to his magical lineage, Leifiel was quick to learn, although he had to work harder for the more academic part of his studies. He earned praise from his peers and teachers, which unfortunately went up to his head. As he grew up, however, it became apparent that he wasn’t as normal a Human as he was believed to be. He didn’t mature at the same rate as the other children, and then he started to see visions more often. Normally, predictions were viewed as trivial, until they became true, so Leifiel’s visions weren’t given much attention…until they did happen. Tellycra explained that he was learning divination, insisting on that story as much as she could. Leifiel took up more studies to back up his mother’s claims, which placed an additional stress onto him. As a result, he became cold and distant to his peers. Notes: - His blood type is A and his birthday is on December 9.
- Leifiel takes an occasional visit to the restrooms at school, just so he could let his wings stretch out and breathe. Some of his classmates took notice of the frequency and started calling him 'the Toilet Boy/Kid/King'.
- Yes, he uses a wand. It's 14 inches, cherry and Faerie dust with a ruby.

He can shoot a flipped coin off the air 10ft. away with little difficulty.
- Sniper - Having trained as a sniper, Dylan knows stealth tactics and understands trajectory physics. He does require measuring equipment for a near-perfect snipe though.

- Survivalist - Dylan has what it takes to survive outdoors: foraging for food, hunting and finding shelters. Even so, he’s not a miracle worker and he’ll still have to get back to civilization pronto.
- Chemist - The know-how of putting bullets and bombs together as Dylan mixes his own gunpowder. Not to be confused with Alchemy; the guy’s no magician.
Weaknesses: - he has a one-track mind in regards to bandits and terrorists. His sense of justice is warped to the point that he will not give people a chance to explain once he learns they’re evil. If anything, enemies can use this to their advantage.

- aside from knives, he has no other melee weapon proficiency. With swords and such, he’ll just run at you, swinging them like a caveman would. With the appropriate yelling to match.

Personality: - Dylan is laid-back and easy-going, often willing to help out a friend in need. He does his best to offer advice whenever he sees a troubled friend. He’s big brother material.
- He’ll flirt for fun and he’ll do it more often once he finds a target.
- Despite his love for machinery, Dylan isn’t exactly a mechanical wiz. His inventions have a high chance of failing, but he doesn’t get disheartened over it. In fact, he views it as a challenge.
- He has a high sense of justice and will do whatever it takes to right a wrong. Whatever it takes, even discarding his own set of morals.
- He’s not one to lose his cool so easily, but if there is one thing that makes him go berserk, it’s the presence of bandits. He absolutely loathes them and will go out of his way to eliminate any that cross his path.
- His favorite food is steak. A thick-cut, well-done sirloin slathered with gravy.
History: Born in the Truesdale Kingdom, Dylan D. McNeil was raised as a soldier ever since he’d lost his family to bandits in a violent raid 18 years ago. He was then sent to the Kingdom of Seria at the age of 20 and became a member of the local militia there. His duties range from guarding caravans to search-and-destroy. During his off-days, he spends them tinkering with his Clockwork ideas. However, that’s not all there is to him. Sometimes at night, Dylan dons a mask and runs around the city and its surrounding territories as a vigilante hunting down corrupt men and villains. Notes: - His blood type is O and his birthday is on March 3.

Good Point: Curious, not afraid to speak his mind Bad Point: Blunt, terrible with bows Likes: Getting through his day without issues Dislikes: Headaches, bows
Abilities:
Skills with a Katana-Somewhat muscle memory/reflexes help from before his amnesia, but it's still somewhat shaky and undisciplined due to memory loss.
Shockwave-A simple cresant shaped magic shockwave fired from the sword. Wind Magic. Can either cut or push people back.
Usually wears simple myrmadon robes/outfit with some light leather guantlets and boots with some light iron shoulder guards. Quite frankly the leather gauntlets are no better than simply wearing a pair of long leather gloves.
He is a bit more agile than most people with a somewhat accrobatic body, but average strength.
As far as his limited magical abilities are concerned, he seems to have a somewhat natural comfort or idea on wind magic, as he managed to still remember how to do the wind shockwave attack with his sword.
Weaknesses:
Every Post, combat or otherwise, Mouse says I have to role a d100 or two d10's. I have a 5% chance of having Nomine get a headache that lasts anywhere between 30 minutes to one hour. Another side effect from the amnesia that was cast on him, he has these headaches.
Appearance:
Grey hair that reaches to his neck, uneven bangs, red eyes, very light colored skin. Wears black swordsman robes with light iron shoulder armor, black leather guantlets and boots and black pants. Wears a grey sleeveless shirt underneath the Gi.
Personality:
For one Nomine tends to look almost indifferent towards most things. He gives off a dull, almost uninterested sounding voice, but it's not entirely his fault. Some humor is sometimes lost on him. He tends to take things sometimes too seriously. He does have a certain degree of curiosity about things, which is understandable since if he did know anything about the subject it's now lost on him.
He can still read and do some simple math, but memories about his previous life and personality are still lost to him.
He wants to try and push forward however with his normal life, thinking that what's done is done and what's lost is lost, so he's somewhat optimistic about his new life...even if it doesn't exactly show it on his face.
History:
Nomine was a freelance sword for hire originally, until he was captured one day by members of a Katak worshiping cult. They used magic to repress and block his mind, as they wanted to make a blank shell for a demon summoning. Sadly this didn't suppress the mind as they hoped. During the time of the ritual, Nomine regained his free will and fought his way free from a couple of his captors, before the demon they summoned went on a rampage enraged that he couldn't get a vessel.
Nomine didn't stay there to fight the demon. He decided the best and easiest thing he could do was to get out as quickly as he could. The only reason he goes by the name "Nomine" was because he heard one of the cult members shout "Don't let Nomine escape!"
After escaping, Nomine unintentionally resumed the life of a freelance wondering swordsman in truth, along with taking up any and all side odd jobs he could find until he can finally settle on some outlook or path of life he wants to continue living.

Weaknesses: Mute, frail bodied.[x3 damage from blunt impact]
Appearance: Amilia's hair is cropped very short, going only as far as just above her ears, and is a jet black color. Her eyes are a bright scarlet red. Her skin is pale and she typically dresses in dark colors, mostly dark reds, but also purples and blacks. She wears a dark red witch\wizard cap with a chibi skull, which was gifted to her by her adoptive father. She weighs so little because of her Siren heritage, as her siren parent was of the avian king and as such had hollow bones to aid flight. She does not have any flying abilities despite this, just the brittle bones]
Personality: She is quiet, mostly due to her mute nature, but she often has nothing to say. She communicates through a notepad and pen she keeps in her pocket at all times, but also knows sign language and will use it if there is an interpreter nearby. She is fairly friendly if approached, but overall prefers the company of the deceased. People tend to shy away from her as she often appears to be talking to thin air, despite being mute.
History: Adopted by Devi Orenda at 4 years old, she was taught most of her magic by him, and traveled to Seria to broaden her horizons.

Abilities:
- Mechanic: She can build robotic limbs for those who have lost them in a battle. And may be able to repair minor damages on machines. She is only a novice and is still in training. So highly advanced machines will be a problem for her. - Electric current: Using her emotions and her own energy; she can convert them into an electrical current. The stronger the attack is, the more energy she uses. The electricity also comes from her hands. - Jump Start: With extreme focus, Jasmine can have the ability to use her electrical skills to jump start a downed machine. Basically recharging it's battery and waking it back up. - Quick to flee: Being of a small and light-weight build; she uses this to her advantage and scurries out of trouble rather quickly.
Weaknesses:
- Water: Her hand and her creations aren't very water resistant. And when they are submersed in an ocean or lake, they tend to short out. If she proceeds to use them in this situation, chances are that they will; back fire and do more damage than she wanted, harm herself or her team, or just not function. Salt water is also a big problem for her; as salt water can rust away her creations and robotic hand. - Bitter cold: Cold can freeze up her machines, making them work twice as hard to function properly. Some may even seize up. - Hands bound: Her electric energy comes from the palms of her hands. If they are bound in a way to where she cannot use them at all (say a rubber bag over them) she cannot use her elemental ability. This can also cause her to panic and not think clearly. - Unskilled close range battling: Jasmine just doesn't like getting up close and personal with her enemy. She'd rather stick to the far side and annoy them there. Or simply flee the area. - New machines: have an odd alluring ability to Jasmine. Curiosity can take over her and cause her to be distracted. She enjoys investigating new and more advanced machines, in hopes of improving her own abilities as a technician. - Small physique: She is no heavy weight champion. It's easy to knock her around because of her light weight and short height. This results in her not being much of a fighter. She's out for knowledge.
Appearance: She is a dark haired lass with her hair pulled back into a pair of pig tails. Wrapped around her head is a pair of thick aviator goggles. Jasmine wears a yellow scarf around her neck and has a black t-shirt with one ripped sleeve. In the center of her shirt is a bolt symbol. She has a pair of fingerless gloves on her hands which she takes off when she has to use her electric abilities. Jasmine wears a pair of sandy-colored cargo pants and has a few small tool kits latched on two belts around her waist. Personality: Jasmine is a bit rebellious and likes to see how far she can go with breaking the law. She has a sense of humor and enjoys cracking a few jokes at times. Sometimes she's even a bit on the sarcastic side but her sarcasm always comes off as fun, rather than insulting. When there is a brawl going on, Jasmine will not hesitate to sit back and cheer it on. She doesn't really bother with fighting because of her physique. (She'd just be tossed around like a doll) Anything dealing with technology will cause her to be curious of it. She enjoys tinkering with machines and finding out how they tick. In all, she's not that bad of a person. But her curiosity of machines, stubbornness, and rebellious attributes may cause others some headaches.
History:
Jasmine grew up with her father in a small workshop located in a quiet area in Truesdale. She's an only child and had lost her mother at a very young age of 2. Her father was a skilled mechanic and was always working away on machines and other mechanical devices. When she became the age of 10, she was then allowed to help her father work on his projects. There, she learned a lot of information about how some mechanical devices work. Of course, if her father had to work on a dangerous project, he wouldn't even let her watch him tinker about. Plus, her father also had her learn to control her electric aligned element. It was proving to be useful to jump-start machines and clockwork creatures.
One day, her father was working on a machine that would help people cut wood easier. It was to be light weight and moveable. He had left the room to grab an item from a near by junk yard, leaving the 15 year old Jasmine behind. Curiosity got a hold of her and she meandered into the room, checking out this project. She then activated the machine, just to see how it ran. At first, it was running smoothly. But when she let her guard down, a bolt of the machine flew off and smashed open a window. Then the giant rotating blade began to wobble in it's place, causing all sorts of noises to come from it.
Jasmine attempted to turn it off but the blade had gripped onto her, slicing open her left hand. Nearly severing it right off. Luckily, her father had returned home to continue working on it. He found her position and proceeded to stop it from killing her. In the end, Jasmine had lost her left hand. After a year from the accident, her father had created a moveable hand and applied it to her wrist. This allowed her to have a hand again.
Of course, Jasmine had to tinker with it. She made it look cooler than the original blocky looking hunk of metal her father gave her. But she assumed that it was some form of punishment. But nonetheless, she saw it as an opportunity to begin working on mechanical items. Her hand is just an ordinary mechanical hand, but she made it to where she is capable of using her electric abilities.
Trivia: - Even though she has been in the mechanic profession since she was a young lass, she still is not a mastermind of the art. Her projects do fail from time to time and she does get hurt from doing them. - Jasmine's goggles, is the only item she has left from her mother. They are very important to her.
