The poorest region of the city. This place is where all of the underground business men, the low wage workers, and the people not working for Swire Inc. wind up in. Crime is rampant in this part of the city, and dealings in illegal trade and bounty hunting are dealt here.

No New Posts Eastern Uptown Sataya

The area where most of the Swire Inc. workers are put. It's a typical Uptown district where most of the family members own medium sized apartments. This place is generally more peaceful than the rest of the city, outside of the underground business some of the members of Swire Inc. run.
