September 17th, 1622
Dula was always the place where Andy could let himself loose, mostly in terms of the fact that he hated the place as much as one could hate in their entire lifetime. He still had a respect for the people he knew who weren't currupted by them, like Crash, Angel, and those others.
Andy shifted the cigarette in his mouth as he eyed the streets from the alleyways carefully. All those rich people. How many of them swindled their way to the top? How many of them tax the poor? How many of those kids don't belong to them?
That thought haunted him. Especially when he looked at a clearly Eastern child with a group of people as they passed. How well was he treated? His eyes glanced over to a group of drunk people arguing. Apparently over politics. One of them clearly was sober, though, and trying to duck the others. Were they friends? Clearly they're not anymore.
Andy's eyes narrowed, waiting for the group to get closer to him.
If they wanted a fight, they'd get a fight.

Ceph knew his brother had anger issues. Ceph knew his brother sometimes needed to get in a scuffle to keep himself sane.
Ceph also knew lunacy ran in the family.
So, The Star Man sat upon a roof on Dula, looking down on the street at his brother. Andy didn't know he was here. Ceph had slipped out well after he did, but it didn't take much to track his brother down via rooftops. What Andy had in combat training and brute strength, The Star Man had in guile and agility, so hopping from roof to roof was a simple task.
So he now sat comfortably on the tiles, brass telescope at his side as he watched his twin prepare for a brawl. Andy could probably take care of himself, but he was ready to drop down and rescue his twin's hide if it was needed.

Andy enjoyed being able to punch the shit out of some Dulans, and when he watched the younger man being harassed like that, he didn't take it too well. Even if the guy might be some corrupt agent, the drunk people kind of deserved it for being brutes. Not that Andy wasn't that different in terms of being a brute. The three men just kept laughing at the other one, calling out various names. Andy picked up some of the conversation, finally.
"-Why should your opinion matter, huh? You're the one who's against the development in this city." The drunk guy nearly fell over. Andy shook his head.
"I never said that, I just said that I didn't like how things are being managed here. It's too broken." Andy had to admit the guy was pretty brave for saying that. One of the drunk guys looked over to see Andy as the other was busy in his thoughts and then talked smack. They then started laughing.
"What are you lookin' at, bozo?" The man didn't get another word out as Andy had grabbed him, threw him over his shoulder and slammed him into the ground, kicking his ribs and then his nose in the process.
"I'm looking at the spawn of your ugly as hell mother." Your Mom jokes aside, Andy pretty much owned the guy and the other two, too drunk to realize who the man they're fighting is, tried to jump on him.
"GET 'IM!"

The Star Man couldn't hear what was going on below, but he was able to see it perfectly. Some drunk guys were harassing another, Andy stepped in, and the blood began to fly. He couldn't help but wince from under his mask as he observed the scuffle. Goodness Andy, you were not someone to roughhouse with.
At the moment, it looked like Andy could be able to handle himself. He had that one guy he was defending on his side, hopefully, so maybe he wouldn't have to step in. He was ready to, though. He already had a route. He'd jump off the roof, use the windowsill just below him as a break fall, and then hop down onto a crate, and then the ground.

Andy was umped on by one man, but he used his weight to slam himself into the other man and then into the wall, before elbowing the other painfully into the stomach, causing the other to falter their grip. He then whipped around to clench his fist and slam it into the other man's nose.
"Agh mad you broke by dose!" Yeah now he was crying for help. The other guy Andy was defending. The other man tried to grab Andy's short, swinging his fist in to slam it into Andy's cheek, cutting a bit of his cheek with his teeth.
Andy spat some blood out and then kneed the other one in the stomach, causing him to double over. The other one was busy trying to keep the pain from causing him to cry, but it seemed that the victim had it in him to throw the guy into the street.
"Yeah? I'm the result of your precious Dulan policies. You'd better think about that when you sober up." Andy twisted the man's arm and then threw him out into the streets as well. He then straightened his back and glanced over to the shovering young man.
Cepheid seemed to be nearby, but he didn't bother with that for the moment. His hormones needed to calm down a moment.

Ceph winced lightly from under the mask as he watched his brother fight. Ouchie; Andy did not play nice at all.
When Andy was punched in the face and reeled, Ceph shifted, preparing to leap into the action, but then it seemed that Andy had easily handled himself, so Cepheid remained comfortably seated on the roof of the building, observing with interest.
He'd watch to see what Andy would do next. He wasn't making a huge effort to hide, and it was widely known that the Star man did sometimes come to the rescue of people, so seeing him chilling out on a roof wouldn't be out of character.

Andy rolled his shoulders and popped a joint that felt out of place. He felt much better, but that man over there seemed to be way too frightened. He looked over to the man, and he ran off without a word. That's how usually was so he didn't bother following the guy.
"That felt good." Andy wiped his cheek, which was already starting to turn dark from the bruising thanks to being punched. Knowing that group of people, they might be back.
"Hi." Simple curt introduction for Cepheid. At least to let his bro know he knew he was there.

Ceph remained on his roof, simply waving to show he was aware of his sibling looking at him. He was somewhat tempted to hop down and irritate the man though keeping in character.
As a matter of fact, that's what he was going to do. Standing, he hopped down from the roof and leaned jauntily against a brick building.
"I see you're having fun on this fine Dulan afternoon." He said.

Oh boy, Cepheid was going to keep in character, either way, the jabs would be good entertainment since some people were looking at them interact, especially since it was a battle. Best part is that any bounty hunters would have to think twice to take on Andy. He was armed, after all.
"I happen to be, dear Star Man." Andy smirked. Oh boy this was going to be amusing. "How are you and the missus doing?"
Now it's going to be twin on twin bed action verbal jabs.

Yes, yes Cepheid was. They were in public, no one could know that Andromeda and The Star Man were personally connected, and Ceph knew is bugged Andy to no end when he wore the mask, so as revenge for having to invent it in the first place, he kept it up.
"Well, glad to see a man having fun on such a bright day." He replied. "How goes dodging the police? Giving the louts a workout, I'm sure."
Ohh, a hidden inquiry to Nerys. "Pale as milk and as lethal as nightshade, the normal."

Andy smirked when Cepheod spoke up about him dodging the police. Oh he hadn't seen the first of it. Especially considering that they generally wanted to avoid Andy at all costs. Or try and constantly catch him. Andy would stick his hands in his coat pocket, leaning against the wall.
"They're lazy as all hell. Which is ironic considering this place and it's infamy in training it's soldiers." Andy pulled out a packet of cigarettes and pulled one out, sticking it in his mouth.
"As long as she's happy, that is." Andy smirked and then lit the end of the cigarette, drawing a breath.

"Are you sure they're lazy and just don't take you seriously enough to put up effort?~" He teased. Hopefully Andy would understand he was in character here. Ceph would have to be brain dead to actually think he wasn't taken seriously.
When Andy lit the cigarette, he chuckled. "That's not good for you, you know. Smoke too many of those and the police won't have to do anything. The smoke inhalation would do it for them."

Andy knew Ceph was in character, but at the same time, he figured Ceph would try and tease him over something like that. As he exhaled the smoke, he leaned back and just let out a pretty loud laugh. Andy would press the bottom of his foot against the wall and cross his arms, smirking.
"Nah, they're too terrified to do anything~." Obnoxious Andypose #500. Either way, as soon as Cepheid made a comment about the cigarette smoke, he just waved it off.
"More like they'll choke on the smoke."

"Or trying too hard to keep from laughing." He replied simply, advancing on Andy and stopping a few inches from him. Anyone watching would likely be wincing at The Star Man's audacity, even though in reality he was in no danger.
He stopped far enough to be within arms reach of the other man and, without hesitating, reached up and plucked the cigarette out of Andy's mouth, flicking it aside. "Still, they're rather disgusting things, aren't they?" He teased.

Now Andy was getting a bit irked at how this guy wasn't taking him seriously. Either way, he knew he would have to stay in character (that didn't resort to him hitting on his own twin brother, because that was effed up to even the pirate rapist himself).
"Not as hard as they'll be laughing at you." Andy would retort, like a typical annoying sibling. Either way, he would match heights with the other man as he walked up to and flicked his cigarette away. Oy!
"Maybe." Honestly it's the habit that's more disgusting to him, but he knew how to limit himself. Sort of. Smoking kept his mind off of things. "What's in it to you?"
