"The difference between us, good sir, is that I like it when people laugh at me." The Star Man replied. "It means I'm doing my job." He then had the audacity to flick away Andy's cigarette and grinned from under his mask as his brother expressed his displeasure.
"Oh, just overall public wellfare. I mean, inhaling smoke doesn't sound good for you, no matter how you stretch it."

Andy wasn't going to bother quitting cigarettes completely, no matter what Cepheid did. Though to the public eye, they just watched The Star Man flick a cigarette away from the most wanted pirate in Dula. Though if he stayed around longer, they would begin to suspect something.
"I prefer it when Dulans are terrified of me. I could care less how the others thought." Andy muttered and watched the cigarette burn out on the ground. Secretly, he actually did wonder what Serians and those from Truesdale thought. Probably displeasure.
"Whatever. You're going to preach to me about smoking? Next thing would be how bad alcohol is."

What Ceph was doing was obviously going to bolster The Star Man's reputation, but he also knew that sticking around any longer would jeopardize the ruse.
"Well why don't you show[/b] us all why we should be scared? Or is it just a ruse?"[/color] He asked, dropping subtle hints at their next move, before shifting position, as though prepared for a scuffle.
Assuming Andy picked up on the hint and moved into position to strike, the second he lunged forward, The Star Man would nimbly backflip out of the way and, displaying some acrobatics he had previously kept stowed away, simply kept himself out of arms reach of Andromeda, chuckling the whole time.
Ceph knew Andy's ego would need some soothing after this, but he was having a bit too much fun at the moment.

Well lucky for Cepheid, Andy wouldn't want to hurt his brother, but hey, it seems that they would have some fun mindfucking the police who are actually congregated and watching. Andy smirked at that challenge, and then trilled his voice in return, pulling back and then going into a fighting position.
"Very well then, challenge accepted." He then swung his first forward, not really going to hit him but he gauged his brother's acrobats well.
"Just don't lose your hat~!" Code for, "DON'T REVEAL YOURSELF."

Ceph grinned under his mask and nimbly dodged Andy's punch, confidant that even if he was trying to land a hit, he'd be fast enough to dodge. "I am quite fond of this hat, so worry not."
The Star Man knew some hand to hand himself, she he attempted to land a few strikes on Andy before pulling back and putting some distance between the pair of them, tipping his hat, and leaping up onto a wooden box, windowsill, and then rooftop.
"Can you keep up, Dread Pirate Andromeda?" He asked in a loud booming voice so everyone could hear. Everyone knew Andy was there, this was just showboating. That and if they stayed in place, the police might come to their senses and go after Andy.

Andromeda grinned when the other spoke up, making sure he didn't flirt with his own twin and make things even more awkward than they already were. However a bunch of kids seemed to be right at the front of the crowd gathering, placing bets on who would win.
Oh boy. This was going to be amusing. Either way, he was punched in the face, but it didn't matter because Cepheid was, despite being the faster one, not as physically strong as Andy.
"With pleasure, Star Man." Andy taunted as he jumped up onto some boxes and made his way up onto the rooftops, how cloak billowing behind him.
"You're not the only one that can practice the art of displacement~."

The Star Man saw the children, and tipped his hat in their direction, before focusing back on Andromeda, making those attacks and getting a shot off. He knew the blow wouldn't do too much damage, but the public didn't know that, so all they saw was The Star Man punching Andromeda.
He then took the chase to the rooftops, nimbly keeping his balance despite the tilted surface and loose tiles. The Star Man was king of rooftops, spending a lot of his time on them. Could Andromeda keep up, he wondered?
"Then let's see that." At those words, he dove at Andy, sending off another flurry of blows and being more defensive this time, just avoiding getting hit. Even if Andy pulled his punches, the last time he got the bright idea to get in a play fight with Andy, he was floored and in pain.

Andy knew that the blows Cepheid made wouldn't harm him that much at all, at least he would follow along the blow to make it seem like Ceph hit him really hard, before he hopped back into an offensive position and then the pirate smirked when Cepheid nimbly jumped across rooftops. Clearly Ceph thought that he was incapable of hopping nimbly from place to place.
No, Andromeda may be bulkier, but he wasn't that much bulkier. Years of training allowed him to climb up and then tear cross the rooftops, even hopping down on a much lower platform and then rolling to take the shock, getting right back up to follow Cepheid.
"We'll see about that."

Cepheid had only a small amount of doubt on his brother's ability to roof hop, and while it wasn't quite as elegant as his own, it was still pretty good.
Glancing down, Ceph saw that a group of onlookers were following them on the street, trying to keep an eye on the fight itself.
That brief moment of distraction was devastating, though, as Cepheid stepped on a loose tile and lost his footing, slipping a plummeting to the ground below. HE only just managed to right himself and land on his feet, though he felt jolting and searing pain go up his left leg. Still, the show must go on, and to anyone looking, he simply landed on the ground gracefully and turned to look at Andromeda, braced for combat while trying to baby his leg slightly, in a manner that looked like a fighting stance and not a standing limp.

Andromeda watched as Cepheid made that fatal mistake, and had to bite his lip so he didn't show an expression of horror as he watched his brother fall to the ground. No, this wasn't fun anymore. It was fun playing around Dulans, but now Cepheid might be injured. Andy looked over the rooftop and noticed that Cepheid was okay. Was he?
Jumping down, Andy landed and rolled, stopping near Cepheid and getting up in a fighting stance, this time his expression rather serious. To onlookers it seemed like he was getting down to business, so to speak, but the boys knew better.
"You ok?" He spoke up quietly.

He watched Andy as he came down after him, and braced himself, things were only just starting to get serious to others but in reality they became hopelessly dire for the twins. Andy couldn't help him without revealing their only ace in the hole, and The Star Man couldn't lose to Andromeda without serious financial repercussions. Andy was close enough that the could answer without too much concern of someone else hearing. "Left leg." He replied simply.
He kicked off using his right leg, doing a theatrical attempt at rushing Andromeda, putting a huge effort into favoring his right leg in a manner that didn't give away his injury.

Andromeda bit the inside of his lip. Things weren't going to plan. He might have to feign injury so that Cepheid could run off and fix that leg. For now, Andy would have to blink in compliance. Okay so his left leg was injured. That makes sense for now. he would swing around to pretend to be kicked in the face by Cepheid and knock down. Hopefully this would give Cepheid enough time to run off.

To Cepheid's credit, he didn't cry out, even when he was forced to put weight on his bad leg, but he knew every step could be causing more damage.
Thankfully, he and Andromeda were on the same page, and were able to communicate without many words. With a theatrical kick, he 'hit' Andy and sent him to the ground, landing accidentally on his left let and making a strangled noise of pain. No one else heard it so they were fine, but now every movement sent shocks of pain up his entire left side.
"And here I thought I'd be in for a treat. Clearly you're not as dangerous as everyone makes you out to be." He said loudly, so the onlookers could see. "Come back to see me when you can keep up." With that, The Star man turned and walked off, walking smoothly, despite the fact that Cepheid was struggling to keep from whimpering.
The crowd was too stunned to follow, and he was able to depart without trouble, though Andy would have to bail quickly, their stunned silence was only going to last so long.

Andromeda grimaced when Cepheid spoke up, though more on the thought of his sibling being injured than anything else. He would have to worry more about him in a bit though. On the bright side, at least they could end it now. Cepheid managed to escape with those last words, leaving him alone... with those Dulans. He just stared at them as they looked at him back with wide eyes.
"Oh fuck off before I make you." That scattered them quickly. Either way, the man whipped around and disappeared into the alleyways to make way to his ship. If he made way to Cepheid now, he would have to worry about people spotting him.
"... Hope he's okay." He mumbled to himself.

As soon as he was out of the line of sight of anyone, the leg of The Star Man decided it wanted to support it's owner no more, and he stumbled and fell to the ground, gasping in pain. IT wasn't broken, but quite possibly there was a faint hairline crack which would cause this.
Wheezing slightly, he forced himself to his feet and did his best to hobble quickly to the docks, but he wasn't moving fast at all, and it was likely he was going to be spotted.
"Shit..." He muttered quietly.
