Sarina swung her legs back and forth as she sat with Thorn, looking down at the water's edge and wondering what to do. She could try and help Thorn, but there wasn't much. She'd look back at Thorn as he spoke up.
"Well, here's to hoping he never finds one, and that pirates keep him from finding one. I guess that's one small advantage." She hoped that would help.
"Well, it's ironic for me. My family is from the Eastern Islands, so they eat fish a lot."

Thorn chuckled slightly looking to her. "Yes, that it is and here is hopping" Indeed it did, he nodded as he listened to her. "Allergy's don't seem to discriminate then by the sounds." he smiled. He remained quiet looking out at the water, the moon has risen as they had spoken and the stars where slowly starting to show themselves, it was late Saul might be mad at him but he shook it off.
"Thank you for trying Sarina." Thorn spoke suddenly "For cheering my up some." he added.

Sarina shook her head. Allergies sucked, though. They weren't pleasant and they acted up whenever it was inconvenient. Either way, she chose not to say anything about it. She was pretty unlucky on the ball for that, and any exposure to seafood made her puff up like a marshmallow under heat.
"Well, I try. You're my friend, after all. What are friends for?" She'd smile back at him and then pat him on the back, lightly. She didn't have too many friends in her lifetime, though, so she would stick with him.

"Yeah." he simply replied with a smile, it was odd for him, his first real friend was a girl despite being totally awkward around them. But he wasn't going to complain. "Think we should be headed back? It is starting to get late and I think the last both of us want is to be out after dark" He chuckled looking to her.

There was some silence as Sarina looked out at the darkening ocean, and the crashing of waves onto the piers. She then looked back when Thorn spoke up and she nodded. Even in Truesdale, things weren't that safe after dark so she would stand up.
"Good idea." She then offered a hand to Thorn to help him up. Maybe after this she could cook some dinner and then go to sleep. Busy day tomorrow, after all.

Thorn smiled and took her hand to be helped up. Busy day indeed. "Thank you." he added when she helped him up. "Ahh, I never did ask but which way do you live? maybe I could accompany you back." he smiled, part of him wanted to walk her home while the other wanted to get out of the dark fast as possible.

"No problem." Sarina replied, she'd fall in step with Thorn, still treading carefully so he wouldn't trip. Sarina was the more athletic one so she'd catch him if he started to fall. With possible awkwardness ensuing.
"Oh my place? It's nothing. It's a bit small and cramped, but it's homely. I live around the Lower Quarter part of Seria." She then shrugged. "You really want to see it?"

Thorn was clumsy enough that would happen, he tried to be sure he wouldn't trip but that was more difficult said then done. He smiled when she replied, walking along side her, skittish when ever he heard a sound near.
"A-Ah, well I do wish to be sure you get home safely Saria." He awkwardly admitted as he rubbed the back of his neck, but it was clearly a yes.

Well, Sarina wasn't sure about her apartment, but she was clearly used to the sounds of the night. She was a fighter, after all. She wouldn't have to worry about all of that due to her nature. She'd walk along with Thorn, looking around at the streets as the long shadows extended out as the sun went down.
"Yeah. It's homely, though." Sarina sighed. Yeah, it was a nice place to go home to after a tough day.

Thorn smiled hearing that she was comfortable. "That's good to hear~" he smiled looking around as they walked. "...My uh, birthday is on the second of next month... I was wondering when yours was." he awkwardly asked, he wanted to get her something next time it came around.

Sarina brightened up when Thorn mentioned that. Ooh, she had to get him a present too, that would be great! She'd get him a little clockwork mouse or something, maybe as a friend to Shadow. She could tinker with some of the really small cogs and springs she had collected since meeting Quinn.
"Oh yes! I should make you something and..." She shuffled a bit. "My birthday is on the last day of November."
She seemed pretty cheerful now. Yeah the aspect of giving someone nice a nice present. She liked Thorn, especially since he was the only friend she had that was initially nice to her.

Thorn gave a smile through the dark, he'd defiantly be getting something nice for her later, the blue color she wore did look nice on her, maybe he could.... He didn't notice the slight blush as he thought. "Alright, heh, I'll be sure to find you something too~" he smiled, maybe it was a good thing it was dark.

It was getting dark, so Sarina didn't notice that blush on his cheeks, despite the fact he was so pale. Either way, she was preoccupied with pleasant thoughts for her friend. She'd smile, though, and then gave him a look.
"Well, I mean you don't have to." She's used to giving and not receiving, clearly. It's part of her nature. At least she was getting closer to her place of residence.

Thorn sadly had forgotten it was dark for a moment and that he was walking, tripping on the broken walk falling on his back while attempting not to fall on his face. "Owowow..." he repeating sitting up, rubbing the back of his head smiling still, but is looked more pained. "Ahh but I wish to." he said looking to her.

Sarina jumped a moment, just as Thorn fell and she felt bad not reaching out to catch him in time. Oh well, at least she could fix this by offering him another hand and helping him up. Man, she'd have to check for more injuries on him!
"Careful! I don't want to have to explain to your brother you got hurt again." She teased him. Either way, she would lead him towards a nice little apartment complex where some kids were playing outside still in the dark and someone was lighting all the street lamps.
"Well, this is my place..."
