<sub>Lilax is RPing by herself. Therefore she will cut to the chase. Crash would listen to Andy as he explained the ship, the people in it, who they were, Lapis, and all that jazz. Okay, so he shouldn't scare Lapis, and something about something else. He'd look around and after awhile he'd just look over to Andy.

"You found your son?" He paused and then added. "... Oh yeah I knew about it. Except you lot ran off before I could tell anybody anything. I hope Benedict is okay."

Might as well NOT mention Sine. He'll bother her in Seria once he finds out exactly where she lives. He'd pass by Reuben's room, peek in and wave like an idiot to them both.

<sub>Andy went silent when Crash mentioned he knew about the kid. He figured that Crash knew about it but not all the details, so he would have to talk to him later about it, especially Sine. As of right now, Benedict and Reuben were the most important thing in his life right now and that wasn't going to change.

"I'm caring for them. Both Reuben and Benedict." Yes, Crash. Andy has two sons. Either way, he gave a noise of exasperation when Crash tried to walk in on Reuben. Once a loon, always a loon.

"Crash, let's not bother the grumpy kid."</sub>

Thankfully, the antiseptic part was over with fairly quickly. It was irritating, and he didn't like being an invalid anymore than Andy liked his sons in danger. Either way, Reuben glanced over at the door again, as if looking after Crash. Had to be nice having a friend for such a long time that they still checked up on a person.

"Doing things one-handed isn't going to be fun. I just hope no one tries to give me something that's too heavy, and I end up dropping it."

Reuben blinked when Crash poked his hand in, and waved back at him with his good arm. That guy was very cheerful looking and interesting, that was for sure. And then at that statement.

"Hi. And uh, thanks?"

Ceph worked quickly, getting the worst of it over swiftly.

"We have enough hands on deck, I'm sure no one is going to have you do much of anything until you're better." He said, applying the bandages and glancing up as the door opened and Crash stick his nose into the room.

"Hi." He greeted, fastening the bandage and letting Reuben loose. "Reuben's the grumpy one? He takes after his father." He teased. "Isn't that right, General McGrumpyface?"

<sub>Crash giggled as well, finally noticing that Reuben and Andy actually do take after each other. So this was one of his sons, and there was another kid. Sweet, he'd have to teach the kids the way of the force

"Nice to meet you, kiddoe. Name's Crash McKee. At least I THINK it's McKee." He spoke up, tapping his chin in thought. Well, never mind that. He'd look back at Andy as he also came in. Captain McGrupypants, huh?

"Well, he's always been serious and broody and grumpy." Crash grinned. This is fuuun.</sub>

<sub>Andy would look over at the lot of them as they started talking and now Grumpyson is being grumpy and everybody was talking about how Andy himself was Captain General Royal McGrumpypants. He looked over to Cepheid and folded his arms.

"Well, there isn't much to be said about that since you're so cheerful." He stuck his tongue out at him and then looked over to Reuben. "How are the injuries? No infection? Might as well ask.</sub>

Reuben just sighed a bit. He didn't mind resting his arm and leg, but at the same time, this was honestly getting aggravating, not being able to do much of anything since he was bedridden like this. And the worst part was that this was because of overprotective relatives.

"Yeah, but I feel restless."

Then Crash stuck his nose into the room, and Reuben waved back at him with his good hand. Crash McKee, was it?

"Reuben Stevenson." No it wasn't Callidum. "Oy, I'm not grumpy! Wouldn't you be grumpy if you were bedridden like this?!"

He sighed as the other pestered him a bit about the injuries. "They're fine, much better, and no, I don't have any infections."

<sub>Crash snorted again, amused at the whole thing, but he did feel for Reuben. Crash was a moving around kind of guy and would very much prefer to rebreak his leg jumping off a cliff than stay in bed the whole time.

"I know that restless feeling. I HAVE to move around, or else I just get cabin fever. Drives me nuts, man." Crash spoke up. "I'd be pretty grumpy too. Though I'd be causing more ruckus."

As for the infections part, Crash made a face. He's seen infections before and they were never pretty.</sub>

"I know how you feel, kid. Just bear with it. You'll be up and about again in no time." Cepheid soothed, putting the finishing touches on the bandaging.

He grinned as Andy stuck his tongue out at him. "Well, you're always such a sour apple, someone has to put a smile on our face." He laughed, letting Reuben go so he could settle back down.

Ceph decided to reinforce Reuben's words. "Yep, his wounds look clear." He affirmed.

<sub>Andy folded his arms and rolled his eyes, making no comment about the idea of him being a grumpypants. Whatever. He would always be a grumpypants anyway, since that's how he was raised. He glanced over to Cepheid as he spoke up, before giving him a trollish grin.

"Someone has to keep the girls off you, too." Either way, Andy walked over to check the injuries and then nodded. After the incident with Cepheid, he wouldn't risk any of his family to injury or infection.

"I'm really good at running... or well, I was before I got shot in the leg. Gave pops here the slip who knows how many times. I've lost count." He shrugged, looking up at Andy. That was true, he had been slippery enough to get away from the other.

Well, Andy was a grumpypants, and that would never change. Reuben snorted a bit though as Andy mentioned that about Cepheid, before an extremely awkward thought crossed his mind. Nerys was his adopted sister, Cepheid was his biological uncle, if they actually got together, that would mean...

A slight look of horror crossed his face, before it went away. Oh lord no. He was not going into that train of thought. "So when can I actually move around without you getting angry at me?"

<sub>Crash stared at Reuben as he spoke up about being fast and giving Andy the slip. He looked genuinely baffled and awed by this. He MUST be a Callidum!

"You managed to escape Andy? That's impressive! Even I can't outfight and outrun Andy!" Well Andy was THE soldier at that place. There weren't many up at his level, and most of them probably are dead now after being caught and hung.

"But I guess that means you really are his son. Andy's the slipperiest fellow out there, which is how he managed to escape Dula. Even I ca't compare and it makes him look like a Gary Stu!

He'd look back at grumpy old Andy and Cepheid as they went back and forth. Well they really are twins. Maybe Cepheid was as slippery? He didn't know. He's assumed that's a yes even though Ceph looks skinnier.

"Well I'm excited to see your twin, Andy. He looks... exactly like you!" The obvious statement made Crash look so proud of himself that he made that observation.</sub>

Cepheid only grinned at Andy as his brother made that comment. "You're just jealous of my swag, brother." He said, vainly. "Women can't resist this.~"

Yes, the connotations of his relationship with Nerys had occurred to Ceph many times before, but despite how awkward it would be to explain, he didn't really care. There was no biological relation, and she was Andromeda's ward at the best of circumstances.

"All I have to do is give Andy here some puppy eyes, and he does what I want." Ceph joked, leaning against his brother. "I can't overpower him, but I can certainly outrun him." Cepheid build was more of a runner's and acrobat's frame than his brother's, which was more of a brute strength build.

He chuckled as Crash made that obvious observation, and put his hands on his hips with a chuckle. "That fact had come in handy on several occasions." He grinned. "Though for the most part, it's a pain in the butt, much like my dear brother here.~"

<sub>Andy stuck his tongue out at his brother. Of course he'd be a pain back to his twin no matter what. Yeah, so a few people escaped his wrath, it wasn't his fault anyway. He can only be trained so much before he loses control and one escapes.

"For the good of everyone, Reuben did escape." Andy spoke up. Either way, Andy wouldn't bother with the family vines right now. He wasn't exactly Nery's relative since Sine married someone else, and he had to live with that fact.

"And yet I managed to pick up five girls on his ship. You just have a hen." He teased back. For now, Crash would remain in shock at the others, and he would pat the kid on the head. "Cepheid has advantages I don't have. I have more muscle so I weigh more than he."

He gave Cepheid a look when he was called a pain in the butt. Hey, look whose talking? Reuben then spoke up again and he glanced back at him.

"I'm not mad. I just don't want another infection in this place."</sub>

Reuben actually beamed when Crash complimented him for escaping Andy and being impressed with that. Heh, at least someone seemed happy about that. Maybe he didn't mind being related to Andy so much after all, not when it meant that he could have a family of some sorts. Even if the family was full of trolls.

"Yeah, at least two or three times," Reuben said, grinning. "Pops, you're all muscle and no speed. I must've gotten it from Ceph given everything."

Reuben looked amused as the two of them went back and forth. Would he be arguing with Caden like that when the kid was older? Possible, if he hadn't been killed by then, which was getting more and more likely considering what had happened in Dula.

"I'm not infected... I can get up without catching something!"
